"Food generally was a very high standard, a couple of meals were not to the expected level. Facilities were good, well maintained and clean. Staff were courteous and quick, very friendly and willing to help."

"a few meals were not upto the general high standard. Not a big issue there was adequate food that was acceptable. It did not warrant a complaint at the time. I mention it for completeness."

"Service is fantastic, staff were wonderful and felt really looked after. Special mentions for Deniz and Sardar our personal assistants who go above and beyond. There was a waiter working the dinner and midnight buffet who was really good to us as well. Hotel is beautiful, beach never felt crowded and clean. Drinks are premium and very well made, food always tasted fresh. Definitely coming back, would recommend."

"This was our 4th visit and probably the best. Rooms were lovely on a high floor and together as requested with a lovely view. All requests were met and staff were all friendly and helpful. Food and drinks choices are really good. The resort was getting busier and ready for the warmer weather as we left, all areas were being painted and refreshed and new crockery and glassware appeared in the dining room. Lovely touches ,balloons, chocolates and champagne for my husband’s birthday and flowers for the ladies on International Women Day. Hope to be back again soon.. Thank you. 🤩"

"The hotel was beautiful even though some updating is required. The facilities were really good e g spa access lounge area. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The food was second to none. I was initially wondering if I would get bored of the food but I was pleasantly surprised. They had varieties to git most palates. Loved the food!. Even though the outside facilities were not in function duecto the time of year the hotel put on entertainment every night and the New Year gala then Newcyear count foen event was really lovely. We are definitely choosing to return!"
