Special thanks to the gentleman on the 5th floor who offered me a pillow to sleep on in the armchair at night and asked if everything was alright – thank you for such kind concern. "It was very clean and friendly. The view from our room was stunning. Food - excellent, fresh, rich and tasty, especially more Turkish flavours and dishes. The area - well organised and tidy. I am sure that in the high season it’s full of life and even better!"

"Three main things that lower the score: - no matter how hard you try, your towels will be replaced every day. Waste of water, disrespect to own rules and to nature all the notes are about. - even the hotel name is confusing. Heated Aqua Park means two small pools heated up to 27 degrees which is too little to have fun. Slides worked once. We chose this hotel tempted by possibility of having water fun in winter, big disappointment in that regard. - staff constantly speaking to us in Russian, I understand they are 90% of your guests, but it was weird to excuse ourselves all the time that we do not speak Russian and we do not want to be associated to being Russians."
