My room was located above the kitchen, which meant it could be quite noisy at certain hours, especially early in the morning. It didn’t ruin my experience, but light sleepers may want to request a quieter room location in advance. As a solo traveler, I also found that many excursions are priced per group or per couple, which means paying nearly double when traveling alone. This is quite common in many destinations, but it can feel discouraging. That said, I was fortunate to meet a wonderful family to join for trips, which made everything both more affordable and more enjoyable."
