"Dịch vụ đặt vé tàu hoạt động không hiệu quả lắm. Tối 28/4 chúng tối có nhờ đặt vé tàu ngày 30/4 đi Vang Vieng. Buổi sáng 29/4 nhân viên lễ tân có báo có thể sẽ không đặt được vé khởi hành vào thời gian chúng tôi chọn nhưng họ sẽ đặt những chuyến kế tiếp gần thời gian đó và chúng tôi đã đồng ý, sau khi chúng tôi đi xem lễ khất thực về nhân viên lễ tân có báo đã lấy bản chụp hộ chiếu của 1 người trong nhóm để mua vé tàu và có yêu cầu chúng tôi đưa hộ chiếu gốc của bạn ấy ra để lấy vé, một lúc sau chúng tôi đem hộ chiếu gốc ra thì nhân viên lễ tân lại báo đã hết vé khởi hành ngày 30/4 chỉ còn vé khởi hành ngày 1/5 và giới thiệu chúng tôi đi vangvieng bằng dịch vụ xe ở khách sạn , chúng tôi đã từ chối phương án đi xe vì 1 thành viên trong nhóm bị sau tàu xe và sau đó chúng tối phải vội vã đi ra khu vực chợ đêm kiếm đại lý bán vé tàu gần đó để kiếm vé, đại lý vé tàu cũng báo hết vé khởi hành ngày 30/4 nhưng họ có đưa ra 1 phương án mua vé khởi hành ở địa điểm xa hơn là muang xay đến vang vieng, tàu sẽ có dừng tại trạm Luang Prabang và cuối cũng chúng tôi đã chọn phương án đó ."

"The staff was perfect. Polite, discrete, efficient. The restaurant was top 2 in Luang Prabang (we stayed 3 weeks in the city and tried at least 15). The room was great, the bed sheets extremely soft. Nothing to add."

"Hotel has beautiful grounds with a pond surrounding the restaurant and resident ducks to keep you company at breakfast! Great breakfast with loads of options. Great bakery selection, cereal, fruit, eggs or rice. Staff ate all lovely, friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and lovely terrace overlooking the gardens 15 minute walk to the town but hotel provide a free golf buggy service during the day as well if you want"
