"Everything was just 100%, from the airport pick-up, the short transfer to the hotel, the dinner despite the late arrival, the room with everything you need and the next day the included breakfast and transfer to the pickup location of the bus."

"The staff were generally nice and friendly. I think the manager is someone who tries to understand the customers. The area around the hotel has a "local feel," but the hotel itself is neat and tidy."

"It seemed one of the staff lost our room key but they assumed we had lost it, which caused some confusion. But anyway I don't think there was any malicious intent, it was just a freak accident."

"the food was great and very good value for the price. all the furnishings and appliances were very expensive and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. They have a pleasant outdoor garden where you can eat or have a drink. It has a wall water feature with a koi pond. A quiet upscale facility. My family recommends it highly."

"There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, but the room was spotlessly clean. There was music outside but it finished around 10pm and it was a Saturday following Chinese New Year. It wasn't a problem though and I'd definitely stay again"

"The hotel is only a year old (as at Jan 2025) so it feels new and modern. The room was well appointed and very clean. The hotel was close to several local market stalls so you can try the local food and if not, the hotel has a restaurant with good food and drinks. Less than 3kms to the airport so only a short ride which is great for early departures. The staff were very friendly and spoke English, which made booking taxis and ordering food easy."

"The hotel is in a local area surrounded by homes and small businesses which may not appeal to some but it gave it a local vibe which we liked."
