The areas around the hotel needs a good cleanup. The local council needs to ensure footpaths are walkable and not trip hazards and rubbish is removed.

"Spacious Room. Clean. Fridge available. I have read the comments about airco remotes being charged for, we booked a room with airco (then, as expected the remote is included). Electricity is not particularly cheap in Cambodia and it is more than reasonable to pay more to use it than if you don't. If you want airco, make sure you book a room with airco included in the facilities!"

No hot water in the shower.

The location is a bit further out than I would have liked so tuk tuks everywhere where essential. My room although nice and big had a serious problem with cockroach infestation. After the first few nights I'd seen them and could here them moving around. I asked for my room to be cleaned and after just one more day they returned. Upon arrival (I stayed for 4weeks) I was told I had to pay $300 deposit upfront in cash! I wasn't prepared for that and they then informed me that I would be charged for electric and water during my stay. Ok but these things should have been made aware of at the time of booking. The room had no towels and no toiletries of any kind and in order for your room to be cleaned you had to tell front of house otherwise, nothing. The walls are literally paper thin, you can hear everything from the adjoining apartments....and I do mean EVERYTHING. Beware of this as I had many nights that I couldn't sleep til after 4/5am.
