"The staff were so helpful in sorting out tours and transport arrangements. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good but the staff were the stars of the show being so very helpful and making calls for us to the bus company and arranging tours."

"The pool was necessary but a little dirty. The ac is effective and the hot water is too. You cant ask to much of hospitality businesses in this part of west africa but this place exceeded them. This place is great for overlanders"

Its definitely more of a "hang out" hotel for locals to come swim or watch football. It will probably be a little rowdy on some weekends. The staff seemed a little confused how to handle overnight guests.

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

"Wangdue Eco Lodge is a lovely place tucked high above the Dzong, with amazing views from the room that really make the stay special. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. The place is a hotel in the process of renovation. It is a little old and had seen grander days. Our rooms while having clean beds saw windows that had cobwebs on them and flaky paint. The kitchen is communal and there was just one mug for all. The dish rags were used and dirty. There is a huge clock tower which is a feature of the town and it chimes all through the night. So if you are a light sleeper ask for a back room off the road. The bar staff in the hotel were excellent but there was a dispute with the owner who had posted different information on Booking.com from the room we received. We wanted two separate beds and were initially given one. After additional money was paid we got one room with two beds.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

Distance between bed and the walls was tiny, you have to do some physical exercise to get in. Also, the toilet felt a bit fragile :)

"Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre propre, Calme et confortable . Le gérant est très serviable, abordable et de bons conseils pour les randos, aluguers etc....."

Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

Outside walls completely built in glass are not best thermal insulator that's why during winter is a bit chill during the night

He recommended the best route for visiting Petra, and nice restaurant which turned out to be the best meal we had in Jordan. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive. My friend and I stayed at Anbat Midtown Hotel during a difficult time due to the war, yet they continued to provide excellent hospitality and made sure we felt safe and well cared for. During such an uncertain period, Ammar and his team truly made us feel at home , just as he had promised."
