"From the airport, it’s a 20-minute drive. GPS may show that you arrive a little earlier, but once you enter the correct alley, drive a few meters further. You will need the gate to enter the villa — it’s right opposite the trees. You will see it. The town of Houmt Souk is 7–10 minutes away by car, which is very convenient if you value peace, comfort, and coziness, while still being close to the city. Having a car or using taxis is essential for your convenience. At the villa, you will hear birds singing, and there are many authentic national elements. There is a private yard, and you can also park your car on the property. If it’s cool or hot, you can turn on the air conditioners. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two bathrooms, a washing machine, and good hot-water pressure. Comfortable and self-sufficient. The polite and attentive host will guide you and help you with anything you need."

"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. "The staff at the facility and the restaurant were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The natural surroundings around the bungalows are beautiful, with plenty of water drinking points nearby. The toilets were clean and well-maintained. The Korana River is easily accessible, and the dog was able to roam freely and play around."

There is no option for a large bed for two people to sleep together. A useful addition would be a small lamp in the room along with mosquito nets on the windows and doors.

The hostess and owner were friendly and very helpful -it was a pleasure to meet them both. 4. We were on a walking holiday and access to the southern half of the island was good from here. 5. It was extremely hot during our stay. The lovely swimming pool and terrace were much appreciated. 6. Exploring the plants and seeing the birds in the compact but varied garden was a pleasure. 7. This was our best accommodation during our 4 weeks on the island."

We would have appreciated a comfortable chair in the living area. A car is needed to get to the nearest supermarket. It is close by, but walking along the road is too dangerous.

The receptionist did not speak English, so the check-in was a bit challenging. English instructions on a printed sheet would have helped.

"new villas with a great shared pool and a lovely beach area. Located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is functional and well equipped — perfect for someone looking for calm, relaxation, and privacy. Cami, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay"

"everything about this property was amazing the communal kitchen bathroom and pods were all amazing nice and clean accessible for a wheelchair, right across from beach an 15 minute walk from the shops. thought about everything had a list of taxis, little part of reception with toys for kids, can make cup of tea at reception after you check out if your waiting for ferry or plane. also the women at reception was so lovely and once we called answered straight away to help with our questions. was so lovely to be able to go into the water in the beach and run up to the sauna."

The mosquitoes around the pool

"the bungalow was clean and confortable, breakfast was very complete with cheese, eggs, meat,salad... the space is quiet and just next to the river. there is WiFi in the restaurant and hammocks and chairs to chill in the compound. Good value for money."

There was no hot water in the showers, otherwise we would have stayed another night.

"I stayed in a pool villa and it was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed my time, having breakfast delivered so I could eat it by the pool"

A bit tricky for drivers to find the lobby but staff helped me communicate with them
