"The view from the pool is absolutely stunning! It's in a great location - about 10 minutes walk from the port and the centre of town where you can find the tuk tuks. The staff were very welcoming throughout our stay and breakfast was really good! The staff were also very helpful - when they couldn't serve an early breakfast, they told us where we could go instead. They were also able to provide information for our next destination. AMEX is accepted. We'll be returning!"

Some things weren't communicated well in the beginning - like having to order breakfast the day before. They were not able to serve an early breakfast to fit with our activities for the day. The wifi doesn't work from the bedroom.

Very bad internet but it was not essential for us. A bit hard to find - we got the turn from the main road on the third try and we used navigation. The turn is just in a very inconvenient location, you have to be very careful with the traffic when you go there.

"Love Victor and the wife. They treated us like a family. The place is very cosy. The room has a roof window and nice yard to play the snow."

Getting to the location is difficult during winter. Car couldn’t go in so we had to lug through our luggages through the snow. But it was worth it! 😊

"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. "I liked how quiet it was, although the highway was closed at Roger's pass at the time. I liked the cabin very much and the beds were very comfortable! It's a very back to nature experience there! Anybody arriving wishing to check in, should call the number in front of the ark if there isn't anyone around, I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who told me which cabin we were in and she kindly advised us what to do 🙂 we would love to stay there again one day."

"We chose buellsPort as the first stop on our Namibia round trip and really enjoyed it. We didn’t expect too much but really loved the food. Both nights we got served a multi-course home cooked meal utilising game meat and local vegetables. The private hiking paths are really well maintained and set in a beautiful landscape. We also enjoyed the drive towards sossusvlei from buellsport which is in much better condition than the standard tourist route."

I requested additional decoration, but it was very basic.

"Nicely maintained park-like surroundings. Peaceful and quiet location. Barbecue facilities (you must bring all necessary items, no services within walking distance)."

The receptionist did not speak English, so the check-in was a bit challenging. English instructions on a printed sheet would have helped.
