"The location was very good for us using the nearby beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. Nice street vibe on the doorstep but no noise noticeable in our apartment. The temperatures outside were high every day but the air conditioning afforded us with cool comfort if we needed respite from the heat and it was easy to relax and rest by night in the cooled appartment. The modern look apartment was very well equipped for our needs and it was very clean."

"The location is perfect - 4 minutes walk from town with bars and restaurants and 2 minutes from a supermarket. Kermat is a 10 minute drive from the lovely beaches of Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo and 20 minutes from Erquy. Very comfortable gite and even able to pick up some English TV channels. I think we are the first guests from UK but clearly a popular holiday home."
