"The location is perfect - 4 minutes walk from town with bars and restaurants and 2 minutes from a supermarket. Kermat is a 10 minute drive from the lovely beaches of Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo and 20 minutes from Erquy. Very comfortable gite and even able to pick up some English TV channels. I think we are the first guests from UK but clearly a popular holiday home."

"Rien de négatif sur le logement : rien ne manque, propreté irréprochable et très confortable. La situation est idéale pour les visites et les commerces sont très proches. Quant à l'accueil : parfaitement sympathique et bienveillant ! La présence des poules est un petit plus amusant dans un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu et joliment fleuri."

"Le logement était très propre, et parfaitement identique à la présentation. Le fait que tout soit inclus ( linge de lit, linge de toilettes, fond d'épicerie,...) est un gros plus lorsque l'on voyage en famille...de plus pour les propriétaires de chiens, le terrain est parfaitement clôturé."

"Amazing location on the 3rd floor of a building in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Bed is comfortable and firm. Very nice layout and the kitchen has everything you could want!"

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison qui a beaucoup de potentiel. Elle est très lumineuse et spacieuse. Les pièces de vie sont aménagées avec goût et les chambres très agréables . Petit coup de cœur pour la chambre des enfants . Le jardin clos est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer de la terrasse. Nous avons apprécié également la climatisation qui à cette période devient indispensable. L'emplacement est idéal car nous étions à 15 mn à pieds du centre ville de Sète et 10mn en voiture des plages. Le quartier est très calme et reposant.. Je recommande ce logement. Nous étions 8. (5 adultes et 3 enfants)"
