"Good district, near the center of Mindelo. It is traditional portugal house, we like the style. The lady in the house helped us a lot with adwises. We would recomend to stop there."

"The apartment is large and well-furnished, just few steps away from Praia Cabral. We loved the two spacious terraces (one delightful in the morning for al fresco breakfasts, the other for al fresco aperitifs in the afternoon). The two bedrooms are spacious and well-organized, and the living room is large and welcoming. A few steps away is a small shop selling bread and essentials, and the lovely "Café Alma Criola", where we often had delicious lunches. The center of Sal Rei is a ten-minute walk away, and several beautiful beaches are within easy reach. The host kindly arranged a taxi from the airport for us."

"Mario est une personne super agréable toujours disponible, l'emplacement est top proche de 2 boulangeries, restaurants, supermarchés, pharmacie à 3 min à 7 min de la plage pleins de boutiques aux alentours et à 5 min de la zone piétonne."

"Perfect place to stay and couldn't ask for more. The value is incredibly high. Fred welcomed us and was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay with local tips, and organising a taxi and just generally being very thoughtful and taking time to help despite the language barrier. The house was super clean and is in a perfect location near to the beach, shops, the centre, ferry terminal, bars with live music etc. The WiFi was also very good and the best we experienced in Cape Verde. We enjoyed the breakfast and felt very comfortable. Thank you so much Fred"

"Unser Appartement in der Residencia Solimar war fuer unseren Besuch in Ponta do Sol auf Santo Antao die perfekte Wahl. Unser geraeumiges Appartement besass einen grosszuegigen Balkon mit spektakulaerstem Meerblick, Blick auf traumhafte Sonnenuntergaenge sowie auf den Hafen mit seinen vielen bunten Fischerbooten. Das Appartement war sehr gepflegt und sauber, liebevoll dekoriert sowie komplett ausgestattet. Die Betreiberinnen sind absolut zuverlaessig, hilfsbereit sowie von erlesener Hoeflichkeit. In unmittelbarer Naehe der Residencia Solimar befinden sich erstklassige Restaurants. Wir koennen das „Caleta“ sowie das „Musica do Mar“ uneingeschraenkt empfehlen. (In beiden ist jedoch unbedingt zu reservieren!)"
