"I highly recommend it. Monica, the host at Salinas Breeze, is kind, courteous, and helpful. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Santa Maria but is close to everything. It is well-equipped. There's cable TV, a kettle, a 2-in-1 coffee machine with both capsules and a piston, an electric hob, an oven, an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine (we didn't use it). There's a drying rack on the balcony for wet towels and swimsuits after the beach. The area is typical of locals' apartments, safe - we often returned after 22:00 and never had any problems. Every problem or request was quickly resolved (replacing the TV decoder, turning off the electricity) - Valter, Monica's equally kind and helpful brother, helped."

"Dat N3XT-Level home echt N3XT level is! Het huis dat echt een luxe ervaring bood. De inrichting was stijlvol en modern, en het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het binnenzwembad & PlayStation 5 was een heerlijk extraatje en maakte het verblijf nog specialer. Het huis was ook heel schoon en goed onderhouden, wat zeker bijdroeg aan het comfort. Heerlijk douchen met warm water! Wat ik ook erg waardeerde, was de praktische locatie; het huis ligt op slechts 7 minuten rijden van de stad, wat ideaal was voor een paar uitstapjes. Er was ook een wasmachine beschikbaar, zodat ik mijn kleding kon wassen tijdens het verblijf – echt een pluspunt! Mijn kinderen hebben enorm genoten van de ruimte en het zwembad, waardoor het voor hen ook een onvergetelijke ervaring was. Kortom, dit was een perfecte plek voor zowel ontspanning als gemak, en ik zou het zeker aanraden aan anderen!"

"Un auténtico acierto, el apartamento está increible, muy cómodo, muy europeizado, tienes todo lo necesario para la vida cotidiana, construido en buenas calidades. Plancha de ropa con su tabla, tendedero, la cocina muy completa, con productos de limpieza, lavavajillas, tostadora...lo tienes todo. A pesar de ser un primero no hay ruidos, al ser el final de la calle estas cerca pero no estas en una zona de paso de gente ni vehículos. Cabe destacar la piscina en la azotea y la amabilidad del personal de la recepcion 24h. El anfitrión muy comunicativo y resolutivo. Desayunar en la terraza con vistas a la playa es un lujo extra, la terraza se encuentra abrigada en la época de vientos, ya que está orientada al sur."

"The apartment was perfect, regularly cleaned. Marilia is a a great host. Always ready to provide required information about local points of interest. Apartment is relatively close to the centre of Mindelo, about 20mins walk. The local BCA bank is about 5mins walk, where you can exchange your currency to Escudos. The local post office is about 5-6 mins walk. There are local shops. Laginha Beach is about 25 - 30mins walk. It's an excellent apartment located not right in the centre of Mindelo but relatively close to the centre."
