"Beautiful cottage that I mostly had to myself. There was access to the kitchen, television, and the yard. The host was a lovely man and very kind and helpful. He was also so relaxed about everything. I had the option to use a pool at another hotel as well which was great. I also appreciated the well wishes messages from the host and his staff member when I departed."

"Jackson's warm welcome at the lobby and the attention to details was indeed enough to keep us stay at the property though we had to go on with our trip! He's really on of a kind! Salute to Him. There comes another hero Deniz. ooohhh his smiles when he's attending to you. He passionately serves you with a great smile! It really felt like home. we would definitely want to come back again and again!"

The room was quite small which wat fine.... but need some door mats in the bathroom.

"Great place to stay in the dessert. Very calm and You can have an amazing view on sunrise and sunset. We have really appreciated feeding the animals and also a fire with some stories about Bedouin’s life."

"A beautiful home with 1 very good huge room and the other a great cost twin. Both bathrooms were ensuite with all the amenities and lovely hot water. Living room was majlis style like in the pictures, plenty of water and crockery for a working eating area. Outside was lovely to sit in Location is walking distance to the old souq and town which was perfect"

This is just a few honest observations. 1 - the pictures are old and so not as fresh as you think. The tree is now very big and covers the garden with a canopy. 2. The pool was cold, clean but the insects and flowers would fall in. We didn't end up using it. 3. There was a weird smell of water, maybe for you the chasing but it left an odd after scent. 4. Bathrooms could do with a water sweeper as it's an open shower and we wanted something to push the water away. It dried up eventually but still it's pretty wet. 5. Location is perfect but be careful if you have a BIG car. The streets are very narrow.

"The receptionist was very kind and he upgraded us into a villa. It was great, spacious. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The dining area opened to the pool area. The pool area is the best thing in the exterior of the hotel. We enjoyed the aqua gym and floating in the lazy stream."

The reception area is very small and not fitting for a five star hotel. Also the buffet was not of good quality. To go to the beach you have to take a shuttle bus.

The amenities listing was incorrect for kitchenware. There was only 2 cups which to us did not equate to kitchenware. We booked an apartment with a kitchenette due to my food intolerances and needing to self cater. We did get some by asking.
