"Great location! The property is very nice, direct access to the beach. Everything was perfect and clean. I liked the room and the balcony with the sea view. Beds were super comfy. Would I stay again? yes because of the location. It’s a really nice place. If you are looking for daytrips hotel next door has travel agency. Some of the Staff was helpful like the security and Ronisha from reception. Public transportation available outside the hotel mini busses that run downtown."

"Great guesthouse, Sharon the owner is lovely and made us feel really welcome on our first day in St Vincent's. Communication prior to the visit was great and the directions to find her place were great too. Would recommend!!"

"It was clean and comfortable and reasonably close to the boat charter location I needed at a more reasonable price. The place was spartan but comfortable enough. There were vases with fresh cut flowers in the bedroom and bathroom. The towels smelled like Jasmine and the yard and little pool were nicely kept. There were toiletries available to and towel art which was a lovely touch. The 2 staff I encountered, Craig and the cleaning lady, were kind and pleasant."

"I had a hard time finding the place as did my first taxi driver, who was totally incompetent and had no working phone… I had to be dropped off at the nearby marina to get Wi-fi and a good driver. The property is down a very steep road off the windward highway. I’d just gotten off the plane and my data plan wasn’t working to get directions through the booking app or call the property. It was close to the marina but walking down the road was treacherous. The roads on the island are narrow and twisty and have no sidewalks. People are driving recklessly. The property doesn’t have US type electrical outlets and few of them, so my adaptor came in handy."

"It is spacey, mostly quiet, secluded, very quiet beach with a great bar at 700 meters, good Wi-Fi, everything necessary, possible to walk to supermarket and bakery and the public vans are even closer. A great stay."

"The bright like on the outside wall over the bedroom window is not a great idea. Sometimes dogs barking in nearby houses are a bit too much."

"The host was very friendly, polite and helpful. There was bus service right outside the door into Kingstown. Well supplied with everyday needs"

"We stayed in January and the hosts were amazing. Provided us with a taxi service from the airport, so we were in the property straight away. Also made us several tasty meals which was so helpful. The property is about a 10 minute walk (uphill/downhill) to the town. Clean and would book again."
