"The landlord is a nice and helpful person. The sleeping area is cooled by air conditioning. The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is newly renovated. Clothes can be stored in a walk-in closet. There is a veranda with a sofa and a terrace in front of the living area."

"The mattress for the double bed was too soft for us. (However, the landlord has said he will buy a new one.) There are many mosquitoes on the terrace, so you should protect yourself from them or avoid the area altogether"

"OMG! This is a find of which you can easily think: this is too good to be true... And then you arrive on SXM and it IS true! This was the best apartment ever. We will come back next year for sure!"

"There was seriously nothing not to like. Everything was just perfect."

"Good value for location - beautiful and right on the beach. Clean and Pauline was extremely attentive"
