"Location is good for those travelling with business. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Facilities are good. It has a great gym, lovely swimming pool and good places to eat and drink (though the roof top bar is hit and miss). Rooms are spacious and cosy and clean. Wifi is decent."

"Roof top bar - service is inconsistent. Some days good. Some days bad - waiting ages for drinks, food etc. Doesnt dampen the experience though."

"The place was superb and the location easy to access infact very easy to access near lot of restaurants, bouquets, markets and pharmacy. Been able to communicate in English even though it was a french speaking country"

"Keeps its promises. The owner, Mr Fadiga saved my life after the Radisson hotel had cancel my booking (and the booking of 30+ guests) without informing us of this in advance. Facing the emergency situation, Mr Fadiga kindly confirmed and ensure there would be a room available for me. He told me that Mr Manet would pick me up from the airport and all promises were kept. Mr Manet was professional, friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. He took me everyday to the the conference I had come to attend (1 hour away) and back. He was always punctual and easy to reach. This was an excellent service. The room was very large and clean. The hot water tank, air con and TV worked perfectly."
