"Yo estuve 3 días y el desayuno si se podría variar un poco, porque resulta repetitivo lo mismo de siempre."

"The location is great if you appreciate a calm and nice area with a short distance to down town Banos. The house has everything you need and I love the rooftop terrace where you can sit and enjoy the evening with a spectacular view to the mountains."

"La excelente calidad de las sabanas, edredones y almohadas"

"La señal de internet es muy intermitente, se debe mejorar"

"The location was great. Nice and handy to cafes and the centre of town. The check in went well once we eventually found the place. Goggle maps took us to an incorrect address. We ended up asking a restaurant owner and finally arrived. The super king bed was so comfortable and it was a bonus to have a big container of bottled water to help ourselves to."

"The urinal in the bathroom was leaking so wasn’t useable. It leaked when flushed. Also, the hot water seems to run out quite quickly. Possibly only enough for one person to shower quickly. Overall it was pretty good but we felt it was a bit pricey. It is possibly more suited to a family as there is sleeping for 4, therefore it would make it better value for money."

"Wow! What a SENSATIONAL hotel 😍! We travelled for month and this was one of the very best and our favourites. The staff are incredibly welcoming, super helpful and really look after you well. The rooms are very nice, the hot tubs are amazing, very modern and extremely clean. Breakfast each morning had everything you could want and was so well done!"

"Location is great. Right in the heart of town. Hotel is as described. Keep in mind the rooms look into the pub area. It can get noisy."

"Pub noise until late at night. It’s mentioned in the add, however, don’t ignore it."
