"Breakfast and dinner are truly the best you can find in Bansko. The hotel has a very friendly and wonderful staff team. It’s within walking distance to the gondola, and all other places are very close as well."

"The room comfort could have been a bit better. The triple room is somewhat small, which significantly limits the space to move around."

"This was an absolutely fabulous location the staff were so accommodating and it was more than excellent value for money - we were blown away by the standard and the way the staff went above and beyond . The lady in the evenings was amazing and the lady at breakfast the same ."

"This is a nice hotel. The room is fairly basic but it has eveything you need. The food is excellent! We had breakfast and dinner and both were very, very good. There is a pool and sauna but we haven't tried them out."

"Location was perfect for getting to the slopes and walking around. It was nice and quiet, with a comfy bed, friendly staff and excellent food and plenty of it. There is plenty of hot water and the spa was great to warm up The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags whilst looking round on the last day."

"The room was smaller than the pictures shown, it was difficult to dry very wet things e.g gloves. There is a ski room but no radiators/driers in the. It’s warm though. We booked a taxi through the hotel which was great however didn’t know we had to pay in cash. This would have been helpful to know in advance to be prepared."

"The clean can be improved . The towels hasn't change in the third day according with their policy despite we let them on the floor ( they took them from the floor and put them back on hanger) - this wasn't nice at all"
