A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

The owner live next door but respect privacy and were absolutely ok with us making "as much noise as we want". The price is more than ok for big groups, even for students. From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"Great comfortable three bedroom apartment in Bethlehem. One bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Very helpful and friendly hosts, always ready to help when needed. Within walking distance of the town centre and Manger square."

The actual location of the apartment was not exactly as indicated on the booking.com map, which was not so good for us.

"The apartment complex was in a fabulous location and it was nice to have a living area downstairs and a garden area as extra space (though we didn't end up using either much). The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was lovely too - excellent mountain views."

It would have been nice to have a bit more information about how you hire bikes and use the laundry (both had a charge) provided in the folder in the flat, but Edi was very good at replying to our questions.

"Excellent location right on the beach. Lovely modern apartment with everything we needed. Hotel cafe/restaurant right next door for morning coffees and light meals if needed. A lovely 15-20 minute stroll along the coast and through the streets into the centre of town."

We liked it all. Nothing negative. Just note that if you’re bringing a car, there is on-street parking in the surrounding streets but it can be hard to find a space as it’s always busy. You can use the apartment’s private parking for €15 per night but we didn’t need to.
