"I have been and prefer staying at this hotel on my visits to Al Ain because of its location and the surrounding flexibility of requirements i have during my stay. Staff are cordial and very cooperative. The rooms are neat and with acceptable space. Very quiet rooms. The king size beds are very nice and gives you comfortable sleep. I have stayed in different rooms on my periodic visits and overall they give good vibes."

"The only drawback i have noticed during my each stay with this hotel is the bathroom water leak after shower. The bathrooms are nice and well done. Its just the leak which needs to be rectified."

"The staff are very helpful and kind. We had a room with no view at the beginning but we asked to change the room and they changed it with no problem. The pool was perfect for children."

"An absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The rooms are exactly like the pictures, spacious, and equipped with almost everything you need. On the third floor, there is a health center that includes a pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The facilities were clean and very well-maintained. Also on the third floor, there is a rooftop café where you can enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility. The prices are reasonable. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket with everything a person might need. In short, it was a positive experience, and I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Al Ain."

"This is the less expensive alternative to the Ayla Grand hotel, but with more than enough good service. Caution: there are at least 3 hotels in Al Ain with "Ayla". This one is at the back of the big mosque (very beautiful especially at night)."

"The only issue I had was that some particular website did not connect well through the WiFi (but that problem was also from elsewhere in town)."
