Panzi Lodge
Hoedspruit, 1380 Guernsey Nature Reserve, Nam Phi
Situated in a quiet part of the Guernsey Nature Reserve, Panzi Bush Camp offers thatched-roof bungalows connected by wooden walkways through the bush. The gardens contain an outdoor swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is available. Each of the bungalows has a high ceiling and wooden floors. The large single beds are surrounded by mosquito nets and cooled by a fan. The private bathrooms have a shower. A fresh buffet breakfast is served daily in the thatched dining area which is open to the garden. At night guests can meet each other at the boma area, which has a braai for traditional barbecues, or at the bar. Panzi Bush Camp offers a variety of treks and drives through the African wilderness which can be organised upon request. Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route are within a 45-minute drive from Panzi. Free private parking and an airport shuttle are available.

"We loved Panzi lodge from start to finish. Charmaine and all the other staff were really helpful and made us feel welcome. The food was excellent and we felt relaxed and chilled out. Loved seeing the wildlife around the lodge and listening to the night time chorus."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our mini bush break at Panzi Lodge. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by smiling faces and staff going above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their time, whether you went on one of the many adventures in the area or chose to relax by the pool. The personnel were always ready to assist with arrangements and dispensing valuable advice and recommendations about the area and having a friendly chat at dinnertime. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Sipping your morning coffee while monkeys, bushpigs and zebras graze around your chalet really revives your soul! The outside showers and privacy of each individual chalet were amazing additions to relax and restore. We hope to visit again very soon!"

"Kaijaiki is a true gem! I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard. The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse. Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend it."

"We really enjoyed the accommodation. We were kindly welcomed right at our car for check-in and received plenty of helpful information and guidance. The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, (the bathroom is amazing!) The property is located on a farm, with lovely orchards and a beautiful garden, which we really enjoyed. It’s about 15 minutes from MQP airport; since we planned to leave very early, the host kindly packed our breakfast so we could enjoy it in our room before departing."
