"Trên cả tuyệt vời. Nếu như đặt vị trí PHU HOUSE đứng số 2 thì sẽ không có nơi nào đứng số 1 .nhân viên rất thân thiện ,nhiệt tình . Đặc biệt Chị lễ tân đúng là quá đỉnh và quá chất. Đây là lần thứ 2 tối đến PHU HOUSE và cảm giác thoải mái như chính nhà mình. Một kỳ nghỉ quá tuyệt vời !"

"All of the following negative points were not so bad for us, because we wanted a hostel where it is easy to meet people and where some party is going on. But I think it should be mentioned because it might be a problem for some people. - the hostel itself (I mean the building) is great and has alot of potential, but it is pretty dirty and run down and broken - the room was pretty dark because there is only one window facing the inside hall of the hostel. - showers and toilets were not cleaned in days (I could tell by the empty shower bottles and used razors etc. that were lying around for days) - the flushing of half of the toilets was not working - you can hear the hostel bar in the whole building and in all rooms. Some are louder than other. It shuts down at midnight"
