"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

There was no parking available at our arrival. We didn't knew it needed to be reserved in advance. But very helpful staff helped resolve this small problem pretty fast.

"Roomy villa. Cleaners came in twice a week which was an unexpected bonus. Pool is lovely. Villa in quiet neighbourhood."

Kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped. No chopping board. Not enough cutlery

My family & friends enjoyed our stay. The villa is huge, and so many sitting areas where you can bond with friends. We look forward of staying there again."

"It was clean and convenient, and AC was great. Water pressure was good. Felt safe and secure. Property has all necessary amenities."

Would have liked 2 single beds in the second bedroom for the children. Could use a dustbin in the kitchen.

The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

"From start to finish was an incredible Holiday, the luxury of the house added to the charm and rustic nature of Barra and turned it into a spectacular Family holiday. Manual as brilliant through out as well as communication from the host, nothing was too much"

Nous n’avions pas assez de jours de vacances sur place pour en profiter encore plus.
