"We liked everything. Our room for four was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was hearthy and filling. The property is within the walls. The beautiful ancient city of Khiva is walking distance from the property. The hosts were helpful and polite. Only one young man could speak English. We were allowed to leave our bags in the premise after check out."

"La posizione è eccezionale per visitare Khiva, ma anche molto tranquilla. Tutti sono stati molto accoglienti. La colazione ottima e abbondante."

"Понравилось расположение гостиницы: в центре старого города. Очень удобно, то что были завтраки. Отзывчивые хозяева. Всегда помогали в решении всех возникающих вопросов. Организовали трансфер из аэропорта и на жд вокзал."

"Не очень было удобно в номере из-за маленького пустого пространства: очень мало места для чемоданов. Но поскольку мы были всего 2 ночи, мы на это не обращали внимания."

"La ubicación pues al estar dentro de la zona amurallada pero cerca de la puerta de acceso donde se puede entrar con coche te pueden dejar en la puerta del hotel. El sitio está nuevo y los anfitriones se esfuerzan en ayudar en todo lo necesario. Es una zona tranquila y la habitación con buen aire acondicionado. Está todo muy limpio, y ayuda a ello dejar los zapatos en la entrada."

"Las toallas son de tipo polar, más de invierno. Sería bueno para verano toallas de algodón ."

"L'alloggio si trova all'interno della città murata di Khiva, vicino alla porta nord; è gestito da una famiglia, che vive nella casa in cui si trova la stanza prenotata. La stanza è piccola, ma accogliente; il bagno pulito. Lo staff è super ospitale e disponibile; tuttavia, è stato molto difficile comunicare anche con il Google Translate, perché le frasi tradotte non erano comprensibili. Abbiamo preso la colazione (extra), e non possiamo che esserne felici, per l'abbondanza e la qualità del cibo."

"新規オープンのゲストハウスなので、とても綺麗で清潔な部屋を提供してくれます。滞在中の清掃も毎日こまめにしてくれます。このようなゲストハウスはウズベキスタンでは初めてでした。優しいファミリーが、おもてなしをしてくれるのでとても心地よい滞在が出来ました。"

"This family-run guest house made my Bukhara trip extraordinary. Its location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the old town next to the madrasah, with all sights within walking distance. The homemade local breakfast by the owners was delicious and authentic. Their adorable 6-month-old black cat added so much warmth to my stay. But what truly amazed me was their life-saving kindness! I left my bag with cash/credit cards on the Tashkent-Bukhara train. Upon arrival, the hostess immediately bridged the language gap, contacted the station, tracked down my bag, and arranged a taxi to deliver it. I’ll remember this selfless help forever—Bukhara now holds my deepest gratitude. Thank you for making this city feel like home!"

"It’s a small guesthouse with a well-equipped kitchen and good WiFi, cozy and comfortable. I stayed 8 nights, it felt like a home away from home! 3-min on foot to Khiva train station, 5-min to Anjir supermarket and some affordable local restaurants, 15-min to the old city. Safo was a great host - friendly, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this guesthouse!"

"Clean, warm and comfortable. Nothing beats the location, its just perfect. The Registan is just across the road, in less than 5 mins walk. The host is very kind and accomodating allowing us for early check-in and late check-out. I was limping due to a sprained ankle, hence really appreciate the warm hospitality. Thank you."
