"Great hotel in a great location (20 minutes from the airport), easy walking distance to everywhere in the city, the ferry to Zanzibar, the train station to the interior, & incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Great food too"

"This was my second stay at the hotel, and it certainly won’t be my last. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, the restaurant offers delicious food, and the rooms along with all facilities and the swimming pool are spotless. The location is excellent, with very easy access to and from the airport."

"We had an incredible stay at Tanzanite Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The waiters were exceptionally friendly, and the receptionist, Sweetness, was a delight to interact with. Even when we encountered a minor issue during check-in, the manager handled it with calm professionalism and ensured everything was resolved smoothly. The beach was pristine and beautiful, and we loved enjoying the sound of the waves while having our breakfast. The views from both the restaurant and our hotel room were absolutely breathtaking. . Overall, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. We will definitely return and highly recommend Tanzanite Beach Resort to our friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Overall, we liked the hotel, but it’s important to understand the level of the place. The rooms definitely need renovation — don’t expect perfectly clean walls or modern plumbing. This is a mid-range hotel. Also, this is Africa, so we didn’t have very high expectations to begin with. It’s quite a budget option. However, considering this part of the coastline, it’s actually one of the more or less decent options for the price. If you want to stay in very clean, modern, and beautiful hotel , you’ll probably need to pay 3–4 times more."
