He treated me with poor manners and even shouted at me because I was one hour late for checkout after getting distracted while shopping. I accepted the extra charge without any problem, but that did not give him any right to speak to me that way. I believe a hotel should maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards its guests at all times, and this behaviour really spoiled my experience. I hope the management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen again.”"

"Very clean. And the hotel provide facility to serve the elderly people. In fact Bathroom is quite big comparing with the bedroom. The location is very close to the XIMEN MRT Exit 6 and very easy to find on the main road."
