"Second time staying at Minta and I loved it again. Run by a lovely friendly family who are so helpful and kind. Top floor apartment, spotlessly clean and spacious. Big balcony, clean pool...nice small complex so sun loungers always available around it. I also like where it is, as quiet but just ten min walk from center of Dalyan, two from the nearest supermarket. I was travelling alone and felt completely secure and happy. I will return."

"Ali, Sadiye and family are lovely friendly hosts. Nothing was too much for them. The food which is cooked by Sadiye, was delicious. Everything is made from fresh. Apartments were spacious and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. Definitely will be going back next year 😍"

"Very nice place to stay in Dalyan with family, close to the town centre and the river, nice neighbourhood. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was big enough with lovely views from the balcony. Children loved the swimming pool."
"WIFI worked well by the pool but at the apartment you need to be in a particular spot to access it. It was not a big problem for us though!"

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."
"Excellent location with a beautiful view. It was amazing to wake up and fall asleep to the sound of waves hitting the rocks truly relaxing. The room was clean. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very nice and welcoming."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"We recently stayed here and were thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were truly excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
