"Its in the middle of the living residence area. Got nearby shops. Excellent host and they explain well on the details of the rooms before check in. They have the parking space, and it is gated too. The rooms was spacious. But the second room got no air conditioning. The rooms and locations, you can feel the local vibes!"

"Great apartment with enough space in the center of Izmir. It was amazing and felt like home to us as you had a kitchen and a big living room/ space. There is everything you need and as we were travelling with our own car we could use the parking lot which was just around the corner. So all in all - perfect!"

"There was a separate A/C unit in the bedroom alongside the main one in the living room, we didn't need it as we went there early October, but I'm sure this is valuable. The hosts were very kind and tried to accommodate us as best as they could. Amenities are close, there was a bakery downstairs which was very convenient."
"This is not a huge deal, but Izmir has LOTS of sea products and cooking fish was not permitted in the flat. Just know that you can't do that. Go out instead"

The apartment is too dark in the evening ，especially in kitchen area，it may can be solved in the future ．There is a very good bakery just down the alley. "The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center.
