"Great Location, comfortable large Room, great staff. The receptionist Ehson was outstanding! Helped me with everything and made sure that my stay went smooth. I really apreciate all his help and also he Speaks fluent english!"

"The rooms are incredibly spacious and located right in the center of Dushanbe, an excellent location. You’re in the heart of the city, yet the hotel sits on a quiet side street with no traffic or noise. The staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is surprisingly good. They also arranged a full-day trip to the surrounding area for us, and the price was very reasonable; the whole itinerary was perfectly planned."

"The hotel is probably a bit older, so there are some minor issues, mainly in the bathroom, but it’s not too bad. There is also no elevator, which can be inconvenient for people with large luggage."

"Excellent location, centrally situated, and within walking distance of all of the main attractions in Dushanbe. Large rooms and hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was pleasant."

"WiFi was a little patchy at times. I stayed five nights but they didn't clean the room."

"Everything was perfect! We had very good breakfast, parking and suggestions how to get a rental car. Liked a lot the breakfast and the smile of staff. They all were very helpful!"

Much better than hotel rooms, for the same or higher price آپارتمان بسیار خوبی بود از نظر لوکیشن اقامت عالی و بسیار نزدیک یکی از بهترین هتل های دوشنبه به نام هتل رومی و در منطقه مرکز می‌باشد که دسترسی های آن به مکان های مختلف عالی است. از نظر تمیز بودن، بزرگ بودن و دیزاین داخلی مناسب عالی میباشد، صاحب این آپارتمان بسیار فرد خوب و مهمان نوازی بوده و راهنمایی های بسیاری در زمینه های مختلف برای بازدید از تاجیکستان به ما انجام دادند. داخل آپارتمان کاملا تجهیزات لازم برای راحتی را داشت . به نسبت اتاق هتل ها در تاجیکستان امکانات بسیار بیشتری را با قیمت برابر خواهید داشت. از مهم‌ترین نکته های به خصوص برای ایرانیان این است که دسشتویی این آپارتمان دارای شلنگ است که معمولا هتل ها و آپارتمان‌های تاجیکستان این نکته مثبت را ندارند. در مجموع نمره بسیار خوبی می‌گیرد"

We were there only 2 nights and didn’t get to use the fully equipped kitchen. Best walking location to restaurants and sights. Great small coffee shop in the front of the building and big supermarket next door. The fluent English speaking owner was very kind and communicated detailed directions to the apartment."

"Just close your eyes and book a room or your slot here. The owner is a kind and humble person. He will treat you like a brother and friend. Amazing breakfast even though I had a flight in the morning and he gave me breakfast at 6 Am. He helped me to exchange money and bought a SIM for me. It's a little bit far from the centre but you can grab a taxi at low cost it's not the problem but you will be happy to stay here.. at the end he also helped me for the departure. I never feel that I'm out of my house"
