"Clean room, basic amenities all provided, accommodating late check-in (we got there past midnight and they left the keys with my name for collection). Location is also good -- 10 minute walk to a MRT station, lots of local and international food options available on the street, 7 Eleven within a 3 minute walk."

"There are no lifts and some rooms are on the 5th floor so it's not easy unless you are travelling lightly. Room didn't get much street noise but sound travels easily in the building and between rooms."

"It was basic but very clean and comfortable. The mattress, bedding, and pillows were comfortable. Given the price, the room presented excellent value for money, and I will stay again. The location was also very good, and although a short grab ride away from sukumvit, there were plenty of nice restaurants and bars around the hotel to enjoy. I had no complaints during my stay. Highly recommended."

"I booked through booking.com, and the hotel must engage with messages sent through that app prior to them arriving. I had a question regarding late check-in as they state they close at 9pm, and although I sent multiple messages, they went unanswered. Google translate can be used for foreign languages. In fact, a Thai speaking employee of booking.com rang the telephone and organised the late check-in. It should not be this difficult. Saying that I had no issues on arrival and the security person was expecting me and checked me in with zero fuss. He even bought me a bottle of water from the shop for medication as I had no thai baht yet. I refunded him the night after. I thought that was very kind."

"Great location on a streets that has restaurants, cafes, massages, a couple of 7-11 and less than 15 minutes walk from MRT Lumphini. I had a room on the top floor and it was really bright, the AC worked perfectly and was not loud."

"I can not recommend this little hotel enough, it may not be the best hotel in Bangkok, but I shall stay there again, without doubt. I arrived after a motorcycle accident in Laos, banged up and with broken ribs. The staff made sure I was comfortable without me having to ask for anything. The receptionists gave me her own painkilling cream, helped me find a good hospital near by that didn't cost the earth. Basically, they looked after me for for a few weeks for which I am eternally grateful 🙏 Hotel is in a good area, the steak house across the road serves both English, and Thai food, which is cooked to perfection. Apart from ny broken ribs, I had a very nice stay, thank you to all the staff 🙏❤️"
