"Bed comfort and cleanliness. The atmosphere was warming."

"Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Very nice and helpful staff. Got to check in early. Walking distance for groceries and restaurants for breakfast and supper. Walking or short drive to a great beach. Not that far from the airport."
"The shower curtain did not keep water from getting all over the bathroom floor. Perhaps a shower door is needed. A towel bar or hooks are needed in the bathroom."

"Très déçu, c’était horrible, un bruit très fort dans la salle de bain qui provenait de la VMC, pas le choix quand on allume la lumière, la VMC se mettait en route en même temps bruit insupportable. De plus la clim dans la chambre, un bruit de tic tac toute la nuit insupportable également il fallait couper la clim pour pouvoir dormir. Dommage. ce qu’il manquait, une cafetière ou bouilloire , pas de savon dans la douche, ni dans le lavabo, tout était vide et pour couronner le tout aucune chaîne de télé ou quand elle s’allumait, l’image, bloquait aucun signal"

"The host, Andrae was super friendly and helpful, I was able to check in a bit late, he also organised an early morning taxi for me to get to the airport. The location is great, right in the middle of Philipsburg and just minutes walk from the beach. You're surrounded by restaurants and shops. Price was excellent."

"Wow, this is an exceptional find. The apartment was a great size, very neat and clean. It is very handy for Philipsburg either by car or by bus. A word about Rhody. What a beautiful minded lady, always ready to help and support, who even came to my rescue when I was trying to find my way to the apartment. She is dedicated to helping people settle down, very cheerful, great communications, helpful information about areas of St Maarten. And always with a smile. Apartment is big enough for a number of people, great layout, really comfy furniture, well stocked cupboards with kitchen equipment. Ample bedroom and bathroom provisions. Sadly I didn't try the swimming pool, I was out most of the time but it's a good sized pool and looked just right for chilling out in. An incredible find with a wonderful host who has become a lovely friend."
