"The hotel was clean and has facilities available that need to be expected for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was provided in the room at the time. The room was ready before time, and the reception staff was very welcoming. They allowed late check-in as per the request, which I am grateful for them."

"The price is higher due to the limited availability of the hotels nearby. There was noise disturbance of staff at the floor every late night as there was a storage area near my room, and it was annoying sometimes."

"Incredible outside area - perfect for the kids to roam and play. All the kitchen appliances we needed and plenty of space inside. the bedrooms were a good size."

"Location, room size, cleanliness, and rent amount. Kitchen with necessary utensils was a plus point.. Extra mattress and blanket were provided on request as only 2 seater sofa is available instead of "sofa bed" in room. They should remove sofa bed word from the details of the room."

"Best part was the indoor swimming pool which was very warm and we had no issues to use it in Winter (Jan). It was best for Kids enjoyment. Mr Ram was helpful with a smiling face always. I was provided extra mattress and blankets for my kids. The first day had electricity power failure for several hours but that was not the mistake of the staff as it was power failure for the whole region of abha/khamis/jazan and surrounding areas. During that time, Mr Ram provided us with candles and kept on updating us on the matter"

"Location was good..near the Corniche and not far from Palestine St restaurants and supermarket. Room was large and comfortable..water,tea,coffee etc supplied. Breakfast included was nice..mostly local food but a chef doing eggs,toast and pastries etc so was good."
