"The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The airport pickup was efficient. The hotel is located in a quiet area and a short walk to local shops and places to eat. There was warm water for a shower. Wifi was good throughout."

"I was attending IAS 2025 conference at the Kigali convention centre. It was just 4 minutes drive. Winnie and her team got me a very nice and cooperative taxi driver. The hotel team were all very friendly, supportive and happy souls. Their meals are sumptuous."

"We didn't order breakfast but we would have loved easy access to hot water to make ourselves just a black tea of coffee. I suggest a public kettle somewhere. We had to pay cash. Card wasn't accepted only RWF or US. So plan ahead for this."
