Resort ở Panama

"Everything. It is in a fantastic location, is immaculately maintained, has a well equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools and a great layout. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay exceptional."

Nothing, it was as close to being perfect as it is possible to be.

"Workers are all gentle & generous; always smile on their face . Animation staff is top . Foods are very delicious & u find many varieties; the chef of the kitchen is exceptional. Thanks to Mouna & Thekra in the reception; they are very helpful."

"Nice resort with lots of facilities. Very nice pool with bubble bath. Sauna, workout, and much more. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Decent brekky. Good restaurant for dinner. Room was nice."

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

"La habitación es grande y cómoda el personal 10 Stephani es una crack."

Falta ahí un pequeño bar para desayunar

"Lovely place to stay. They have a pond full of fish and my daughter had a great time feeding the fish during our stay."

"We upgraded to the deluxe apartments which was totally worth it as these apartments are huge. We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday"

All good

"Outstanding Customer Service: "From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations." "Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable." Cleanliness and Maintenance: "Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained." "The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations." Comfortable Accommodations: "Beds were exceptionally comfortable." "Rooms were spacious, well-appointed. Management: "Management promptly addressed any concerns we had." "The hotel's management team is dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction.""

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"Nice and modern hotel in country club style. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Great option when travelling with car - plenty of parking space."

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

"Great staff, beautiful place for relaxing and we felt home there."

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

"Le Cadre et l’ambiance"

Rien

"Clean tidy place with a lot of green areas and some interesting activities"

The absence of a choice of restaurants inside the resort, but there are many outside

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"Very calm and beautiful location. After a whole day of hiking it is the perfect accommodation due to its location."

The soft pillows, but that is personal

"Very idyllic setting, lovely staff and great breakfast! Will definitely return. Very comfortable bed! Room, and toilet was very large, perfect!"

"The suite we had with a whirlpool was state-of-the-art, and if anything was missing, someone came to help immediately!"

The whirlpool was in the corner of the balcony. There was no privacy screen, which was a shame considering the high price. The whirlpool was in the corner of the balcony. There was no privacy screen, which was a shame considering the high price.

"This is the most special place I have ever stayed. A completely unique property, a once in a life time experience."

"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. A special thank you to Mai, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made us feel very welcome and was always ready to help with a warm smile. Her hospitality really made our stay even more special."

"Clean, new, modern yet very Maldivian. Good size not to big but not to small. Multiple pools"

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"Unit 18 was perfect, but there was a sewerage smell. We enjoyed the seclusion and solitude,"

The smell.

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

Aucun.

"The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained although not very newly equipped"

Would be useful to have more towels in the room

"Everything was on par. A place I would definitely visit again and take friends too."

"The place gives a very tranquil and luxurious feel."

"The food and the friendly service. The staff are really amazing and the management was very giving. When shortfalls, which weren't major, showed up, they more than made up for it. They are appreciated"

The cocktails. Mocktails were just juices mixed together. Cocktails were alcohol simply mixed with juices, which did not blend well. All you tasted was the alcohol. Ended up drinking Coca Cola and juice mostly. Cocktails are meant to be tasty and enjoyable. Those were nowhere close.

"Beautiful and cosy hotel on a wonderful location. Staff always so friendly and welcoming"

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

Aucun.

"Just amazing, starting with the location of the villas, then the hospitality was perfect. Thanks"

"The staff were honestly so thoughtful and genuinely kind."

"The stuff was very friendly, checking all the time if we need anything extra or providing guidance if we needed some tips about the island. The room was very nice, with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. Highly recommended!"

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.
