"The lady at the reception is the best, very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Very good location. Close to park, city centre, shops, bank. Bedsheets were clean, the rest was cleaned, too. Good quality for money if you're more about exploring the city."

No explanation on arrival of where things were like kitchen or wifi password etc. ( later saw it was on desk but facing away from where you come in) . But good value option in town if you pay for right number of people!"

"There is no Wifi. I contacted the staff many times and they did not want to fix it. Many things need renovation. Windows are old as other reviewers mention as well. Water comes outside of the shower cabine. The coffee machine sometimes start without touching it. You hear the street. And there was no big light in the room, probably the light bulb burned out (the staff could have checked this before my arrival, but they did not)."
