"Perfect location , clean , near the a beach some little bar and restaurant and also from walking distance to the muele tk take the panga for little corn island. And the breakfast is amazing!"

"The location is probably the main negative. Its not terribly out of the way. But you are looking at a agood 20 min walk anywhere. And the cost was fine for us, borderline more expensive but nowhere near unreasonable."

"This was the best place I've stayed in Nicaragua so far. Georgia was exceptionally kind and received me early off the little corn boat with breakfast. The room was lovely with good AC and comfortable bed. It's right in front of the beach with a great sunset as well. Walking distance to little corn ferry and other important beaches."

"Super kind and helpful hosts (speak Spanish, English and French). Very big and well equipped rooms, hammocks and comfy seats to relax in the tropical garden, with various plants and trees... A restaurant just next door and a supermarket in short walking distance... only 15min to the airport... Very comfy bed and warm water shower... Would highly recommend this place!"

"Nice room with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette connected to main house but separate entrance. Good option if you want to surf Playa Colorados - 15 min walk or less by bicycle. The host Eric is friendly and hospitable."

"We love the location and the amenities. The apartment was very well decorated in the beach theme. Super quiet and in between 3 holes on the incredible golf course. We played a couple rounds. The kitchen was awesome and super modern. The pool is a few.steps away. Very nice and relaxing. All in all perfect."
