"Great location for World Trade Centre. Friendly staff. Big suite. Good wifi. Nice area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Natural green wall outside balcony brings a touch of nature."

"The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were lumpy. It didn't personally bother me, but the green wall is filled with birds' nests and be prepared for chirping from 5am onwards."

"There is no airconditionning or heating. We were there in December so it was a bit cold. Somebody was smoking on the balcony every day and night and we had this smell in our room which was supper annoying. The breakfast is quite underwealming. The kitchen is not well equipped. The rooms have carpet which is not very hygienic and there was a smell in the room that was annoying."

"It's really a good place to stay and get relaxed, with a big table in the suite, we can have dinner together, and had a lot of fun here, really enjoyed. Staffs are warm hearted and helped me with my delivery, however, do hope they can speak english better then we can communicate better."

"The room (jr. suite) was large, well furnished, and clean. The location was excellent--safe neighborhood, with many restaurants and cafes nearby."

"The shower is not good--they use tank-less water heaters, and those devices do not consistently heat the water, so you are alternatively scolded and frozen. Also, there is zero climate control--no HVAC system. So if it's cold outside, you are cold. Same for hot weather. Mexico City is usually mild year round, so this might not be a problem. But when I visited, it got down into the 40s at night, so the room was cold. The bed was OK--not bad or good, just OK."

Que al momento de ingresar con mi familia a retirar nuestro equipaje para hacer el check out, la recepcionista preguntara si estábamos hospedados en el hotel, en circuntancias que estábamos alojando desde el domingo 28. Revisen y cumplan con las condiciones ofrecidas en el momento de la reserva, en lugar de interrogar a los huéspedes como si la falta fuera del cliente."
