"The Staff were very helpful. I would like to particularly highlight Imon and Afjal from the front desk, the Airport Pickup/Dropoff Staff, and the Staff at the Restaurant. They were accommodating of any request I made from the time I had inquiries on the reservation prior to arrival, upto my drop off at Airport."

"The staff were truly wonderful, friendly, always welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sara for greeting us and showing us around the hotel, and also to Hamitte from room service for the excellent service. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised and very grateful for the thoughtful complimentary gesture for our son’s birthday. During our stay, I happened to read some earlier negative reviews and noticed that the hotel has really worked on improving those areas. I think that’s something truly worth appreciating."

"Everything Ahmed has been very helpful and reactive all the time, even before we booked the accomodation. He was always there for us when we needed, always doing everything he could to make this stay unforgettable. The girls cooked for us some delicious food, always with the smile and they made our room every morning very clean and nice. The guys on the boat to take us surfing were super friendly, always ready to take us to different spots at whatever time we will ask. They even took us surfing 1h30 away from the island! They took some very nice pictures of us surfing with our camera, spending hours doing it in the heat. I was amazed.. The bbq they made for us at the beach was delicious!! Thanks so much to all of you to have made this holidays epic! Oh and the room we had was super big!! We didn't expect that at all for the price.."

The staff’s level of professionalism and politeness is what you’d find in a 5-star hotel, from the moment they met me at the pier to the room introduction and restaurant service. The room was spacious, bright and spotless with powerful AC, and the bathroom was equally spacious with excellent shower pressure. I had all my meals at the restaurant and the food was great. For the price, it’s fantastic value compared to other islands."
