"Phòng nghỉ không quá rộng nhưng yên tĩnh, rất phù hợp và tiện nghi. Khu vực chung, hành lang hay thang máy đều rất sạch và thơm. Vị trí thuận tiện để đi bus, tàu điện. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhanh"

"Địa điểm ngay trung tâm rất gần khu chợ nổi tiếng, gần ga tàu điện và nhiều tiệm thuốc, quán ăn. Phòng nhỏ nhưng rất sạch sẽ, tiện nghi vừa đủ đáp ứng các nhu cầu cơ bản. Quan trọng là rất sạch sẽ. Rất đáng tiền."

"The location is excellent, with a great Hanok village just 1 minute away. Good mattress and pillows. The heated floor makes the space super cosy. Good services downstairs, with a number of washing and drying machines, plus there's a steamer in the room."

"It is not a problem per se, but the bedroom is quite small if you are used to European or North American hotels. The toilet was loose, making it very uncomfortable to use. Lack of baskets to help move clothes around and the dryer should be cleaned of lint more often."

"It was easy to find the hotel. The location is good and easy to check in and check out. The towels and beddings are clean, and you have to write about room cleaning via booking chat. The stuff was really nice and helpful."

"The kitchen on B1 is a bit cold during spring and couldn't turn the warm water in the kitchen."

"Good location close to Insadong, Bukchon Hanok Village and public transport to other neighbourhoods yet very quiet. Convenience stores and restaurants close by. Heated floor was amazing during cold days of January. Comfortable beds. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. Other toiletries and towels available in the corridor. Pleasant staff. Lift to upper floors. Free laundry machines, detergent and dryers in the basement."

"Common area in the basement very cold (January). Dryer needed 2 cycles to be satisfactory and couple of pieces were still damp. Bathroom and shower system could be more efficient. Nothing deal breaking. Would stay again."

"The counter lady staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever there’s a request, she will be very helpful. The location is very near to the most attraction place and metro station. Easy to find foodie place. Room is nice everything is function. Overall really recommended !"

"The location was top notch, accessible to everything, from city highlights to supermarkets to entertainment to restaurants, walking distance to metro stations. It was great for my first time in town. The shower was funny, but if you want to try the Korean lifestyle experience I would recommend to go for it. It was private, clean and had a warm room."

"Great super spacious room inside the hotel, that almost felt like a small apartment. Even if it's run by an independent host, you can use all the hotel's facilities. The room was comfortable, quiet and with great views.
