"Very nice experience, it felt like we lived in a real old Japanese house. We loved the small park right in front of the house. The proximity to the Asakusa area was great, with many, many options for eating. Asakusa Station is just a short walk away, but the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Many vending machines and convenience stores nearby, and close by is one of Tokyo's oldest sento (public bath) where we had the hottest ever onsen bath of our lives! We had a great time marvelling at the old architecture, interiors, and general way of things at the place. The host was very kind and accommodating."

"The hosts were very friendly and sincere in their service to their guests. The breakfast and dinner were good. We tried their apple cider tasting board and I really enjoyed it. We had bonfire after dinner and the children enjoyed gathering dried grasses to add to the fire. The owner even brought us to their mushroom farm and showed the operation of the farm, which we were very impressed. Hope to visit Cider Barn &more again, maybe in another season."
