Đánh giá của khách về Hotel Alex
"The guy at reception was very helpful, and he's also a good bartender. They're nice people, helpful with advice, and always try to help. The linens are clean and changed daily."
"The sound insulation is not very good."
"Very clean and nice rooms, good location and very helpful stuff! Good luck!"

"Not far from the city centre. Had to get a transport to get to the city centre, but it was a quiet nice place."
"Next door visitors were noisy with their kids."
"The location was great, about 8 stops from the centre of Florence with a 300-400 metre walk. The room was not super hot. The parking provided was tight, but very good. The guys servicing were very pleasant. We arrived a little early and we were accommodated. Wifi was very good, which was important in case I had to login to servers at home. We wanted something on the outskirts. Its just far enough out that its very quite, and just close enough that its not a long tram ride."
"The room was basic enough. It could have done with with a safe, but then again, that is no guarantee of safety for your goods, as we've heard from others."
"It was very spacious and clean. The bed was nice and big. Every day house cleaning."
"The fridge is too small."
"We had a nice stay, everything was fine. The coffee made by the barista for breakfast was very good."
"Aucun."
"Nice place to stay a few nights. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast very good."
"Nothing."
"We were in the middle of a trip from Roma to North Italy, so it is an excellent location, near the road and also near enough from the historic center, that we could visit for a couple of hours thanks to the admirable staff who let us extend just a little more the car parking."
"The hotel is quite old and there is a sound from the bathroom all night. I think it is about the no window air circulation."
"Very nice hotel, clean , great staff. Very responsive and helpfull"
"Aucun."
