"Perfect central location - close to restaurants, shopping and a short ride away from most things. The room was big and the size was perfect for our family of four with big suitcases. There was a sofa bed which we loved as fitting 2 adults and 2 kids in one bed wouldn't have been very comfortable. Thanks to the sofa bed, all of us were able to sleep comfortably."

"The only thing I didn't like was the person at reception and his attitude towards us. When booking the hotel, it was mentioned that there was no upfront booking fee and that we had to pay at the time of check-in. However, I received a message from the hotel two days before our arrival date asking me to pay a deposit to secure my booking via UPI payment. I told them that was not mentioned in the booking.com website at the time of booking and I also didn't have any UPI apps and that I will pay at the time of check-in. I thought the issue was resolved but I get a call from the hotel on the day of arrival threatening to cancel the booking if I don't pay the deposit. I told him what I had told him or his colleague two days ago on whatsapp and assured him that I was going to turn up that evening. When we arrived for check-in, the guy was visibly upset, didn't greet us, he was not at all courteous which is expected of the staff when greeting guests, he was taking my pic for hotel records without my permission and was sighing and expressing his irritation when my 5yr and 3yr old kids were being noisy when playing while waiting for the check in process to be completed. I've lived across 6 different countries and travelled to more than 20 but I've never come across any hotel staff who behaved in such a manner. That guy doesn't belong in the hospitality industry. My comments are not a reflection of the entire hotel staff. It was only just that one guy who ruined the experience for us. The other person working nights was very cordial and kind and tried to explain why they ask for a deposit. I think the hotel needs to stop accepting bookings without deposit if they are worried about last minute cancellations instead of asking guests to pay a deposit after the booking and threaten to cancel it if they didn't."

"The beds are not supportive of the back. This is a hotel wide problem and all over other places too, not specifically this hotel. It would be great if you can provide a bit firmer beds. They offer good support to the backbone and are healthy. They probably would cost less to you too. Please conduct a survey of the customers if required and please try to arrange for better firmer beds."
