"Devi Vilas Guest House, Udaipur, is a great budget stay option, especially for backpackers and solo travelers. The dormitory is very affordable, around ₹400, making it one of the cheaper stays in the city. One of the biggest highlights is the rooftop, which offers a stunning view of Lake Pichola and a beautiful sunset. The rooftop café adds to the experience, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, it’s a value-for-money stay with an amazing location and scenery."

Monica Marquis Beach Resort
"The host Krishna was very helpful, and great with arranging trips, laundry at a very good price, and transfes to onward destinations. The accomodation in Hampi is very basic, but that just add's to the charm. The location is right in the heart of the bazaar, and all of the main temples are in walking distance.. And the lady in the shop opposite is great for clothing and keepsakes. I definitely enjoyed my time there👍🏻"
Barry Vicky's Home Stay Hampi
"Very homely stay with good food and a warm, helpful caretaker/staff. The homemade breakfast by the aunties is especially good. Everything was exactly as advertised. Located right in the town center, so very convenient. Not a large property with lots of nature, but for a town-center stay, the space is quite decent"
Govind Bella Vista Homestay
"Beautiful property. Our room on the roof which was lovely with lots of plants. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and kettle plus filtered water. We took one look and booked an extra night! Arun took great care of us answering all our questions, recommending places to eat and booked us a massage."
