"The balcony was very comfortable and we could see one of the marinas, which is a beautiful view. It also had a communal kitchen fully equipped, very clean and with all the necessary appliances. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. There was an easy to park parking space. It was a really pleasant stay."

"There is no sidewalk to walk to the bridge to the promenade on a busy road. It's an easy walk to the promenade, but you have to walk uphill on the way back. Just be prepared"

"Very very clean! Had a nice semi-private place to sit outside the room and watch the sunset and sea. The owners were also very helpful, our swimming clothes didn't dry during the night so they put it in their dryer for us before we left so we could pack them away!"

"Towels couldnt be taken to the beach, but as a traveller in a beach town, thats the one thing you need and dont have. My own fault but I didnt realise it was further to the beach/main area than I had realised. It was a 5 min drive or a 15-20min walk (uphill on the way back)"

"The view from the balcony was nice, altough the neighbouring buildings blocked some parts, but it was still enjoyable. The balcony was large enough for 4 people to sit down and do whatever."

"The apartment is on the side of the main road and there are no sidewalks, so the first part of the trip to the centre is a bit uncomfortable. The matresses on the beds were too soft, but this is only our personal opinion."

"Absolutely recommend! If you are looking for a pleasant accommodation in Makarska, and you dont mind a 10-15 min. walk to the sea or into town, this is your place! Villa Ruza has many rooms, most of them have a nice view to the sea, it has kitchen on the doorway (very clean, and perfect for those who like to cook their own and eat it on the balcony for example), but you can order breakfast for 9€. The owner is very kind, she is there almost all the time, but if not, she answers quickly on booking chat, and there is a keybox so you can get your room while she is not there. They have a steap road to the parking area, dont be afraid of it. The cleaning ladies are also very kind and do a 10/10 job. You have fridge and A/C in your room, and grill next to the building."
