"Great staff and a very friendly owner. Amazing location, and an outstanding panoramic view. Good price. Breakfast is tasty, but the same every day. Close to the seaside. The sea is perfect. The restaurant is also cool, has great prices, and is very tasty."

"The room can be better, needs some renovations. To remove the bath and install a shower will be much better. Create a few different breakfasts and change them daily."

"Cicha i spokojna okolica. Bardzo miły i uczynny gospodarz. Pokoje czyste. Piękny widok na morze. Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Bardzo fajna plaża wysypana drobnym żwirkiem - wystarczyło zejść po kilku schodkach. W cenie dobre śniadanie. Restauracja otwarta do 22 można w każdej chwili coś zjeść. Jedzenie pyszne w przystępnych cenach. Pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie."

"Die Lage des Hauses am Meer ist fantastisch. Der ruhige Strand mit eigenen großen Sonnenschirmen und Liegen zum kleinen Preis lädt zum Erholen und ausgiebigen Schwimmen ein. Der Gastgeber und das Personal umsorgen die Gäste liebevoll. Zum Frühstück gibt es verschiedene Eierspeisen, regionale Wurst und Käse und köstliches Obst. Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer hält ein sehr gutes Speisenangebot vor. Man sitzt gerne länger, bis am Abendhimmel die Sterne funkeln."

"Nyugodt környezet, közel a tenger. Jelképes összegért lehet nyugágyat bérelni. A szoba tiszta, kényelmes, terasszal ellátott. A reggeli bőséges, változatos. Helyben lehet vacsorázni, finomak az ételek korrekt árakkal. A házigazdák és a személyzet kedvesek, segítőkészek."

"Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer, privater Strand mit Liegen und großen Sonnenschirmen gegen geringes Entgelt, ausgesprochen nettes Personal und familiärer Umgang, kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür, gutes Restaurant, sehr ruhige Lage und hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge"

"WLAN gibt es nur im öffentlichen Bereich, nicht auf den Zimmern. Auch ein TV ist in den Zimmern nicht vorhanden, diesen gibt es aber im Restaurantbereich. Das Frühstück war gut, es war alles vorhanden, es könnte aber ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein."

"Duće/Omiš is my favourite destination but it was for the first time I spent time in Villa Ivanišević and I was very satisfied. The room was well equipped. The balcony doors are equipped by roller shutter. The house is near to the beach. There are also a lot of restaurants and beach bars nearby."

"Good price for a private room. Having use of the balcony was ideal. Fridge and heater in the room. Basic shared kitchen facilities in the hallway - cutlery/kettle/microwave. Two toilets/showers was ideal in case one was occupied. Sweets/tea left by the host. The location suited me, walking distance from Old Town and Lapad but may not suit someone who doesn’t like walking/steps, I didn’t use the buses so can’t comment. Towels/wifi provided. Close to supermarkets."

"Amazing location, right next to the beach. Lovely walks from the front door. Good sized studio, big bed, wonderful sun terrace, beautiful swimming spot right next to the apartment. Bol is such a great destination for a holiday, easy, tree lined walk into the town. Great coffee shop a few metres from the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped but no cafetiere, so we had coffee each morning on the beach. We took a 5 minute cycle to the bakers each morning for delicious pastries, quick swim and a takeaway coffee, perfect!! There are free bikes at the property which are a bit worse for wear, but hey! they are free, soon no complaints. We used them to cycle to all of the different beaches in the area and had a brilliant time."
