Urban Pack cách bến phà Star Ferry Terminal, trung tâm mua sắm Harbour City Mall và Đại lộ Ngôi Sao 5 phút đi bộ. Nơi đây có truy cập Wi-Fi miễn phí trong toàn bộ khuôn viên. Chỗ nghỉ này chỉ cách ga Tiêm Sa Chủy (Lối ra A1) 1 phút đi bộ và sân bay quốc tế Hồng Kông 50 phút lái xe. Quý khách có thể tìm thấy các lựa chọn ăn uống và cửa hàng tiện lợi 24 giờ trong vòng một đoạn ngắn đi bộ. Các phòng rộng rãi ngủ tập thể gắn điều hòa tại đây có TV, tủ lạnh và điện thoại. Tủ khóa cá nhân thêm vào đó được sẵn sàng. Phòng Rộng Rãi tắm chung đi kèm tiện nghi vòi sen và máy sấy tóc. Ngoài ra, nơi đây còn có lò vi sóng cùng trà và cà phê miễn phí hàng ngày. Biệt Thự Nghỉ Dưỡng có 5 khu vực chung khác nhau. Du khách có thể đến sảnh khách thư giãn, nơi có TV màn hình lớn với kênh Netflix và bàn uống cà phê. Sky Lounge có ban công nhìn ra Công viên Cửu Long. Các hoạt động hàng ngày như là cà quán rượu được bố trí cho khách.

"After getting down from A21 bus, little difficult to find the building but looks like entire hong kong seems little confusing as every building s tall enuf to get u confused. "I love that it was close to the harbour, mrt & bus area. Very easy to find if you follow the instructions that they send you after confirming your booking. The staff especially (Mary) made me feel very welcome & does her best to keep the hostel clean 🙌🏽"
