"First time ever in a hotel which never provided water this is like a complimentary drink for the visitor so very important for hospitality The curtain in the room is not properly attached see photos The bathroom curtain was very dirty and also two small roaches were there The towel rodon the room was not properly fixed when you place the towel it falls"

"The breakfast was okay but could have been better with some veggies or salad. Location was apt and was exactly what we needed. The front desk was courteous and very helpful. They gave us the best room which was an upgrade from what we originally booked. Overall everything was okay. We enjoyed our stay."

"My room AC doesn't have remote control, asked but wasn't sorted out. Breakfast is always the same, no variety to choose from. Wasn't serve a day breakfast cos there was no bread. Limited WiFi of 2GB daily, it could be unlimited for guests."

"The front desk is always ready to help; very nice people. The room was well cleaned every day and smelled very nice. Nice air-conditioned rooms. Electricity was continously provided. The hotel is so close to the city, easy access to transportation at all times. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food."
