"The breakfast was excellent (expecially for the price!), it was a pleasure to sit there with the owners near the fire :). In general the place is lovely - with nice lake view and no noise at all (at least in winter) :)."

"Very nice in a super location in the valley in front of the lake. Good breakfast and nice staff. Clean room. We also did a horse riding tour which was amazing! Perfect place for relaxing and visit Vardzia."

"Marina was a very nice host and she cooked for us a delicious breakfast, dinner and lunch. The guesthouse is surrounded by the nature and it is a perfect rural place to stay if you want to reach Vardzia, which is only 10 mins away from there."

"Maybe, I would suggest a more thorough cleaning of the rooms. A mosquito net to the room door too would be perfect."

"The house is the best location to stay for short time. Sightseeing are near, in front of the house there's a lake and the yard is very comfortable. The hosts are super nice. Highly recommended!"

"We were warmly welcomed by kind and friendly Sofia. The atmosphere of the hotel is homely and cozy. Our room was more spacious than the photos suggested and although simple, it was comfortable. The light entering through its big windows is filtrted by the leaves in the street trees, offering a beautiful and quiet ambience. We slept very well. The location is perfect. A very good experience!"

It was nice to have a fridge and kettle. The location is great in the old town, but is very quiet. Only 2 blocks to Piazza Square and 3 or 4 to Europe Square. The yard is very peaceful in the busy city. We did our laundry at no charge which was very appreciated. The owners are very nice."
