"Owner was friendly. He didn't interfere in anything. He have dogs but don't worry German shepherd stays in his area and Pugs are cute like babies. It's was little easy for me to find property because I know russian language. There were no toiletries, but still It wasn't a problem for me because I always carry my own."

"Place looks better than in pictures. You have small apartment, with your own kitchen, living room,bathroom and bedroom. Big fridge and washing machine. If you need any help or you have any questions dont hesitate and ask the host, he is really helpful. Nice garden with two energetic pugs. We really liked this appartment. Conditioner worked excellent and we where warm."

"The place itself is a separate small house on the property of the owners. We arrived very late (close to midnight), but it was not a problem. The owner very polite, helpful. We had tremendous freedom. The place itself was large enough, the bed comfortable, on a mezzanine. To the center is about half an hour walk. The whole place is guarded by overbearing mops :D Do not hesitate."

"Do apartamentu prowadzi niezależne wejście z kodem do bramy, można się dostać o każdej porze dnia i nocy, nawet w wypadku bardzo późnego przylotu do Kutaisi. Sam apartament również położony jest w osobnym domku w podwórzu. Duży atut to osobna sypialnia na piętrze. Ponadto gospodarz jest bardzo miły i pomocny."
"Szkoda, że kuchnia była trochę słabo wyposażona. Brakuje większych szklanek, choćby do wypicia herbaty, są jedynie małe literatki i filiżanki. Trochę odczuwaliśmy też brak kuchenki mikrofalowej, ale ogólnie więcej jest tu plusów, niż minusów."

"It is well located accommodation if one does the Mestia-Ushguli trek. The hosts are very hospitable as well as their lovely children. We tried only the breakfast, but as it is mentioned in other reviews, the food is fantastic and homemade. It is also very clean and tidy."

"The location is great, the room itself was clean, but there were stuff which I did not like. For example, the door of the balcony was not functioning properly, additionally, the bathroom door handle was partially loose, and the room door itself did not function properly, it required significant effort to close and was not smooth when locking. We were also dissatisfied with the breakfast, as the selection was very limited and the food was not pleasant to eat, so we left without having breakfast. Overall, there were some minor issues, however it was acceptable for a 1–2 night stay, especially since the room was genuinely clean and there were no shortcomings in that regard."

"The hotel is not in the center of the town, but that was exactly what we wanted. It has a big territory and we enjoyed walking around it. It also has kids and sports playgrounds. The area is very quiet. Spa is included. It has sauna and swimming pool. The restaurant was very nice, we enjoyed both breakfast and lunch there."
